Hi, I’m Kim! Your Architect of Possibility.

I guide individuals and teams as they move out of “survival mode” and into a state of strategic flow.

As an Architect of Possibility, I offer coaching, yoga, and team-building experiences that serve as a “breath of fresh air.” My gift is helping you see new possibilities in your life and providing the structural tools you need to build a path for flourishing.

What it’s like to work with me

Whether we are working together in a coaching session, on a yoga mat, or at a #LEGOatWork team-building event, my approach is warm, intuitive, and gently engaging. My goal is to help you:

  • Recharge your energy by integrating wellness into your daily life in a way that is fun, sustainable, and memorable.
  • Anchor deep wellness concepts into your professional and personal life so your insights and “aha moments” stick with you long after our time together.
  • Move from stuck to thriving by identifying the small steps that lead to big changes.

My Programs

  • My #LEGOatWork Team-Building Workshops are designed to spark connection and cultivate workplace wellness through the power of purposeful play. By combining the creative structure of LEGO® bricks with “strategic stillness” and mindfulness, I help your team build physical representations of their collective goals and values. This “breath of fresh air” experience ensures that your insights live on as tactile reminders on your desks, helping your team stay grounded and connected long after the workshop ends.
  • My “Welcoming Wellbeing” Coaching Program is a personalized partnership designed to help you move out of “survival mode” and into a life of intentional flourishing. As your Architect of Possibility, I help you connect with your values and vision. Together, we will draft a blueprint that revives your energy, expands your capacity for joy, and anchors your daily habits with your most authentic self. This isn’t about rigid rules; it’s about designing a restorative path that allows you to thrive—not just on the weekends, but in the middle of your busy, day-to-day life.
  • Restorative Yoga & Immersive Retreats offer a deeper dive into the “strategic stillness” that is foundational for transformation. I design these experiences to help you recalibrate your nervous system and create the internal spaciousness needed for new possibilities to take root. From online yoga classes focused on gentle movement and relaxation to half-day wellness retreats, these are curated opportunities to step away from the noise and practice the art of thriving in a supportive community.
